- Information shared by family members or guardians — when a parent, sibling or guardian contacts us on your behalf. In this case we will confirm with you directly before any matchmaking takes place.

3. Personal Information
When you contact us we may collect:
- Full name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number
- Gender, age and city
- The content of your messages and any notes from consultations
4. Matrimonial Profile Information

6. WhatsApp Communication
Much of our communication happens on WhatsApp (+92 307 9609216). When you message us on WhatsApp:
- Your messages, phone number and any photos or documents you send are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under WhatsApp’s own Privacy Policy, as well as by us.
- We use WhatsApp only to communicate about your enquiry and matchmaking. We will not add you to broadcast lists or groups without your permission.
- You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you on WhatsApp.
7. Data Sharing
Matchmaking requires sharing some information with others. We want to be transparent about when this happens:
- With prospective matches and their families. To make an introduction, we share relevant profile details — which may include your photograph — with a suitable prospective match or their family. We do this only after you have agreed to be introduced, and we ask recipients to keep your details confidential. We cannot fully control what a recipient does with information once it has been shared, so please only share what you are comfortable with.
- With service providers. We use trusted providers to run our website, receive form submissions, and communicate (for example our website host and WhatsApp). They process data on our behalf.
- When required by law. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation or a valid legal request, or to protect the safety of our members or others.
A member’s profile is featured publicly on this website only with that member’s consent, and without their personal contact details. Enquiries about a featured profile are handled through our team.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on our website and limiting access to member information to people who need it to provide the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide our service, or as required by law. If you ask us to close your profile, or your profile has been inactive for [EDIT: retention period, e.g. 12 months], we will delete or anonymise your information, unless we need to keep some records for legal reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Withdraw your consent to matchmaking or to sharing your profile at any time

To make a request, contact us on WhatsApp. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect introductions already made, but we will stop any further sharing.
